Hi, my name is Jason Ryan and I am a BTEC Level 5 qualified Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist. I studied with the prestigious London School of Sports Massage, where the focus is on the benefits of massage for all people, not only athletes.

Athletes often sustain injuries that prevent them from fulfilling their full potential. Sports massage seeks to identify the nature of the injury and then treat the symptoms to relieve pain and enable peak athletic performance. Sports massage is also advised as part of a regular routine to keep muscles supple in order to prevent injury from occurring in the first place.

But a sports massage is not only beneficial for athletes. Many of us suffer pain brought on by poor posture; repetitive strain from every day activities such as lifting and also through our work practices such as sitting behind a desk for large parts of the day. Sports and remedial massage can help to manage your pain and to improve your quality of life.
